Who handles your information
Sakura Asian Dining & Bar, Aizawa Building, 3-22-5 Takadanobaba, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, manages the personal information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
A reservation request may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred date and time, party size, selected course, seating preference, occasion, allergies, dietary restrictions, special requests and preferred language. The owner area also processes authorized staff sign-in information.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and manage reservation requests, contact you about a request, send request and decision emails, operate and secure the reservation system, and respond to your inquiries. We do not use reservation details for unrelated advertising.
Services and disclosure
The website uses Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious website measurements, and Google Gmail for transactional reservation emails. These services process only the information needed to provide their function. Sakura does not sell personal information and discloses it only when legally required or necessary to provide the requested service.
Retention
Reservation records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the booking, answer related inquiries, maintain service security and meet applicable obligations. You may ask Sakura to correct or delete information that is no longer required.
Security
Sakura uses encrypted connections, restricted owner access, database access controls and private status tokens to protect reservation data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so status links should be kept private.
Anonymous website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure anonymous page usage and performance without setting analytics cookies. Admin pages, private reservation confirmation pages and all URL query strings are excluded from measurement.
Questions, correction or deletion
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, call Sakura using the reservation or restaurant telephone number shown on the Access page. Sakura may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Reservation decisions
Submitting the form creates a pending request, not a confirmed table. Sakura staff review the request and send the decision by email. The secure confirmation page also shows the latest status.
